DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The Twin Cities Bondage Enthusiasts first monthly workshop.  The theme will be Beginning Knots, Bondage Basics, and Safety.  The doors open at 7:00, the demo starts at 7:30, followed by an audience participation workshop of 1 to 2 hours, followed by an open play party.  Supplies and a handout will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own ropes.=0D=0A=
